When you contact Tad’s Tickets, request a quote, request information, or hire our firm we collect personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable consumer information that is collected is used to process payment transactions, and to handle your case.

When you use the Tad’s Tickets site, we ask for your contact information, as well as certain information pertaining to your case, along with billing information such as a credit card or debit card numbers. In the course of processing a payment transaction, we typically receive payment information from the financial institution related to the transaction. Tad’s Tickets uses the information collected to fulfill your requests for certain services, to process payment transactions, to facilitate billing, and otherwise work on your case.

We share and disclose such information only as described below. Tad’s Tickets sends personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people:

Tadstickets.com uses the secure service of Square to process online debit and credit card payments. Tad’s Tickets advices the review of Square policies and upon submission of payment you are agreeing to Tad’s Tickets Policies, Terms and Conditions and those of Square.

Tad’s Tickets does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from anyone under the age of 16. Tad’s Tickets reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.

TadsTickets.com’s posting of estimated legal fees, your submission of case information, and the processing of your payment online does not constitute consummation of an attorney client relationship. There is no attorney client relationship established unless and until you receive a return message informing you that Tad’s Tickets has accepted your case and confirming the amount of your attorney’s fees as paid in full. Tad’s Tickets reserves the right to review any case submission and reject any such case at its sole discretion and issue a refund if appropriate under the circumstances.

Tad’s Tickets may not accept any case submission via internet/email that is less than twenty-four (24) business hours prior to your scheduled Court date. If your Court date is less than 24 hours away, please call our office for immediate assistance 417.865.4400 or 800.546.8000.
